End User License Agreement
Effective October 17, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Machining and Repair Resource, Inc.
(“MRR”, “we”) and the person using the MRR Platform job board and its
connected tools (“you”). By signing in or using the MRR Platform you agree to it.
If you do not agree, do not use the MRR Platform.
1. The service
The MRR Platform is an internal business application for managing jobs, estimates, purchase
orders, invoices, documents and related email. It can connect to third-party services including
Intuit QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365 (Outlook and OneDrive) so that information can be viewed,
created or filed from one place.
2. License
MRR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the MRR
Platform for MRR’s internal business purposes. The software and its content remain the property
of MRR and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or provide access to the MRR
Platform to anyone MRR has not authorized.
3. Who may use it
Access is limited to MRR employees and others MRR has authorized. You sign in with your own
Microsoft work account and must not share your sign-in, or use another person’s identity on
the board. Actions you take are recorded under your name.
4. Third-party services
When you or an administrator connect QuickBooks Online or Microsoft 365, you authorize the MRR
Platform to access that account within the permissions you approve, and your use of those services
remains subject to their own terms (Intuit, Microsoft). Connections can be revoked at any time from
the MRR Platform or from the third party’s own account settings. We are not responsible for
the availability or behavior of third-party services.
5. Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate information and review figures (prices, tax, totals) before sending or filing them.
- Do not upload unlawful, malicious or unrelated content, or attempt to disrupt or bypass the security of the service.
- Keep your devices and Microsoft account secure and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
6. Your data
Business data you enter or file through the MRR Platform belongs to MRR. How we handle it is
described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may suspend access for security
reasons or misuse. The MRR Platform may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or
reasons outside our control. Keep your own copies of records you need to retain; the job board
export is available for that purpose.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The MRR Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without
warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose and non-infringement. Calculations and drafts it produces are aids, not accounting, tax or
legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of
the MRR Platform. MRR’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for
the service, which for internal users is zero.
10. Termination
This Agreement lasts while you have access. We may end your access at any time, and your access
ends when your employment or authorization with MRR ends. Sections that by their nature should
survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
11. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use
after a change means you accept it.
